After 10 years growing and expanding, DamavanD^® has owned the more mature team for sales, service and management, and profession for operating the equipment export and import, staff team gradually stabilizes and expands. Accompanying the ERP system start using in 2018, DamavanD^® got more promotion in company manage and operate level, meanwhile, DamavanD^® has obtained self-owned brand certificate, it contributed to growing in wider market.

As the one of successful case, our strategy cooperation between DamavanD^® and SJS has been the model for DamavanD^® cooperating with other companies. Since 2016, during the international crude oil price in more than 2 years downturn, DamavanD^® total purchased more than 50 million RMB equipment from SJS, the good sales performance proved and confirmed the advantage of strategy cooperation, Damavand Beijing office as the oversea sales representative of SJS in Beijing, achieved the excellent effects and purposes for SJS products selling and after-sale service in oversea market. At same time of stabilizing middle-east market, DamavanD^® open the new marketing in Affrica in 2018, along with the FAT was completed by Nigerian client smoothly, it’s marking DamavanD® successful scoring the Affrica market. SJS renew the strategy cooperation agreement with DamavanD^® for 3 years period in Aug.,2018, it’s helpful for DamavanD^® second five-year plan.

Except SJS, another successful case of the strategy cooperation is DST tools of Baoji Changyou, after signing the agreement, under the mutual strive, “ChangYou” brand has successful entered Mideast market with the high quality & performance tools and high efficiency after-sale service, “ChangYou” brand got the recognition of client, meanwhile increasing the popularity of “DamavanD^®” brand. It’s a tough procedure to running one new brand entering the new market and get the client recognition, there are too much pressure from outside, such as client will doubt the quality of Made in China, end-user asking the long period of try out, manufacturer doubt the payment capacity of client. Even the process was hard, but during the first five-year developing plan, DamavanD^® wonned the support from our main cooperator and achieved the impressive performance, Meanwhile, the awareness of DamavanD® was widely established in the Middle East market and domestic manufacturers, which is the foundation for the second five-year developing plan of DamavanD^®.

Except equipment supplying, DamavanD^® also providing the technical service in target market, such as Directional Drilling, Horizontal Drilling, Waster Management Service, Rental & Maintenance for Drilling Tools and Instruments, and MPD Service will coming soon. In order to better operate the oversea business, DamavanD^® established the Joint-Venture company and offshore company in Mideast area, offshore company as the main base of Mideast project, it will provide the commercial support for project of Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman in Persia Gulf area. JV company was operated for industrial business which covering equipment selling and rental, equipment assembly and parts production, and technical engineering service, pave the way for strategy of oil equipment localization in Mideast.
